Ingredients
- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 cup Confectioner's Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add parchment paper to two baking sheets. Set aside.
- Beat the cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. This will take about 2 minutes.
- Add the confectioner's sugar to a small bowl.
- Use a 1 1/2 T cookie scoop to scoop out the batter, then roll the balls in the sugar bowl until coated.
