How do I store leftover chocolate-covered Rice Krispie treats?
Make sure that they’re completely cooled before storing. Place them in an airtight container, layering parchment paper between each layer to prevent sticking. Keep the container at room temperature if you plan to consume the treats within a few days.
For longer storage, refrigerate the treats to maintain their freshness. If you need to store them for over a week, consider freezing them. Wrap individual portions in plastic wrap and place them in a resealable freezer bag.
When ready to enjoy them, thaw at room temperature for a few hours.

What is the easiest way to melt white chocolate melts?
To easily melt white chocolate melts, use a double boiler method. First, fill a pot with about an inch of water and bring it to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the pot, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water.
Add the white chocolate melts to the bowl and stir continuously as they melt. The indirect heat prevents the chocolate from scorching, which can cause clumping and a burnt taste.
Remember to keep the temperature low and be patient, as white chocolate is more temperamental than dark or milk chocolate. Once the melts are smooth and fully melted, they are ready for use in your favorite recipes or as drizzle.

Blues Clues Rice Krispie Pops Recipe
These Blues Clues Rice Krispie Pops are a festive and delicious dessert perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, or any fun celebration. Easy to make and beautifully themed, they’re a creative addition to your dessert table.
Ingredients
- 6 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 16 ounce bag of Marshmallows
- ¼ Cup of Butter
- 1/2 Cup white candy melts
- Electric blue food color
- 1/2 cup white-colored candy melts or melting wafers
- 1/4 cup blue candy coating
- Festive blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Spray the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.
- Add the marshmallows and butter to a large mixing bowl and melt in 30-second increments. Stir after each time.
- Add 2 drops of the blue gel color.
- Mix well. Pour in the cereal.
- Mix and then pour onto the baking sheet. Press down until it is flat and even. Let it set for 15 minutes.
- Add the chocolate to a mixing bowl and melt in 30-second increments. Stir after each time.
- After doing this for 1 minute, stir out as many lumps as possible.
- Pour the melted candy into the mold. Spread the melted candy up the sides of the mold. Add more chocolate if needed.
- Put the popsicle sticks into the middle and put the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes. Keep the pan flat and the sticks pointed inside the chocolate so that they freeze correctly.
- Take the trays out of the freezer and start portioning out the Rice Krispies. Don't overfill.
- Press the mixture into the mold carefully
- Add chocolate to cover the back and then clean up the edges a bit.
- Put back in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden the child.
- To remove from the mold, carefully loosen the end pieces. Peel the mold from the top, and be careful. Push the sticks up through the mold, and rest them on the baking sheet.
- Melt the blue chocolates and put the mixture into a piping bag. Cut a hole and make four dots and a triangle to make the paw print. Let dry and set completely for about 30 minutes.
