Instructions
Spray the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.
Add the marshmallows and butter to a large mixing bowl and melt in 30-second increments. Stir after each time.
Add 2 drops of the blue gel color.
Mix well. Pour in the cereal.
Mix and then pour onto the baking sheet. Press down until it is flat and even. Let it set for 15 minutes.
Add the chocolate to a mixing bowl and melt in 30-second increments. Stir after each time.
After doing this for 1 minute, stir out as many lumps as possible.
Pour the melted candy into the mold. Spread the melted candy up the sides of the mold. Add more chocolate if needed.
Put the popsicle sticks into the middle and put the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes. Keep the pan flat and the sticks pointed inside the chocolate so that they freeze correctly.
Take the trays out of the freezer and start portioning out the Rice Krispies. Don't overfill.
Press the mixture into the mold carefully
Add chocolate to cover the back and then clean up the edges a bit.
Put back in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden the child.
To remove from the mold, carefully loosen the end pieces. Peel the mold from the top, and be careful. Push the sticks up through the mold, and rest them on the baking sheet.
Melt the blue chocolates and put the mixture into a piping bag. Cut a hole and make four dots and a triangle to make the paw print. Let dry and set completely for about 30 minutes.
