This No-Churn Blue Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe is so much fun to make! The hardest part is putting it in the freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight to harden but it’s totally worth the wait. We make this blue moon ice cream all the time and it’s always a hit! I love making my own ice cream recipes!

The best part about this no churn ice cream? You don’t need an ice cream maker to make it!

I love making homemade ice cream and I have to admit that this is one of my favorites. It’s a fast and easy dessert!

No-Churn Blue Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe

The biggest thing you’re trying to do is whisk that whipping cream until thick. Just keep in mind to not overwhip as you still want it to be light and airy. This ice cream mixture isn’t hard at all and I think you’ll find out shortly why I love it.

My boys crave ice cream all the time and they always ask for this recipe. I don’t blame them because it’s so good and I never tell them no because I always secretly want it, too!

How do you soften ice cream without it melting all the way?

All you have to do is put it on the counter to soften for 5-10 minutes. This will melt is just a tad bit, making it easier to scoop and serve.

No-Churn Blue Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe

Yield: 10

This is such a fun ice cream recipe to make!


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • ¾ t of blue food coloring
  • 10 ounces of Raspberry Preserves


Add 1/4 t of the blue food coloring and the heavy cream into a bowl and mix until stiff peaks form.

Add the vanilla and the rest of the blue food coloring to a different bowl and whisk. Then fold into the whipped cream mixture slowly.

Pour into a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper. Put the raspberry preserves into the ice cream and use a butter knife to drag around. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 4 - 6 hours.
