Blackberry Peach Upside Down Cake Recipe
The best part about this simple cake recipe is that it’s not really all that hard to make. Once you combine your melted butter with the rest of the needed ingredients, you’ll be shocked to see that you’re almost done and through with the prepping.
In our house, the cake doesn’t last very long at all. It’s a good flavor and it’s something that sometimes, we actually eat BEFORE anything else in our house. (that’s the perk of being a parent!) My boys love the little splurge here and there and this is one of their favorite flavors.
How do you know when this cake is done cooking?
The easiest way to know it’s done is that that toothpick that you enter into the center comes out clean.
This is a test that proves itself each and every time.
