These Unicorn Jello Dessert Cups literally make the perfect snack! While the kids might totally enjoy them, I love them as well! They’re a super simple jello layered dessert that is great for an after-school snack, birthday party treat, baby shower fun, and more! This simple dessert is fun and easy to make! The hardest part is being patient to eat it!

There’s just something so fun about seeing the layers once the jello is in the glasses! What looks like it might be hard is actually really easy to make!

Unicorn Jello Dessert Cups

If you’re geared up and ready to get your unicorn party started, this jello recipe is so much fun! You just need to get some blue raspberry jello, some grape jello, and the rest of the flavored jello listed below and have fun creating and mixing and having the boiling water divided in a medium bowl.

I’m positive that no one in my house will ever turn down a fancy glass of this easy layered jello. Especially when I pile it high with whipped cream!

What do you do with the remaining jello?

If you have some leftovers, you can just place them in the fridge and eat them later. It will be fine for a few days and that will just extend the time that you’re able to enjoy it!

How long does it take for the jello cups to set up?

I’ve found that it’s best to put them in the fridge overnight. This gives the jello plenty of time to firm up and get that awesome layered look.

Unicorn Jello Dessert Cups

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 day
Total Time: 1 day 10 minutes

This is a fun and easy dessert recipe for the family to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 3oz package of Grape Jello, rapsberry jello, lime jello, watermellon jello (4 packs total)
  • 3 Cups of boiling water,
  • 1 Cups of international delight sweet cream coffee creamer
  • 2 Cups of vanilla yogurt
  • whipped cream
  • unicorn sprinkles
  • Blue raspberry Unicorn horns

Instructions

Combine the grape jello in a bowl with 3/4 cups of boiling water. Whisk well.

Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove and whisk in 1/4 cup of the coffee creamer and 1/2 cup of the yogurt.

Put the jello mixture into the glasses. About 1/4 full.

Repeat the above steps with all the flavored jellos.

Once done, put the cups in the fridge overnight.

Remove the next day and add toppings.
