Triscuit crackers are made with 100 percent whole grain, are low in saturated fat and a good source of dietary fiber. Southwestern Fiesta Triscuit Topper
This is such a great appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
- 8 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 1 oz. reduced-fat white Cheddar cheese cut into 8 thin slices
- 2 tsp. Light Sour Cream
- 4 tsp. Chunky Salsa
Instructions
Top each cracker with 1 cheese slice and a dab each of sour cream and salsa.
