This Raspberry Lemon Punch Sorbet Recipe takes just 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberry sorbet
  • 1 cup unflavored sparkling water/tonic
  • 1-2 cans San Pellegrino Limonata or other lemonade-flavored sparkling beverage

Garnish (optional):

  • Fresh or frozen whole raspberries
  • Sliced lemon

Instructions

  1. Add the sorbet into four cocktail glasses.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of the sparkling water over each scoop.
  3. Fill your glasses the rest of the way full with the San Pellegrino.
