How do I store fudge?
Properly storing fudge can help maintain its flavor, texture, and shelf-life. The ideal storage method for fudge is to cut it into small pieces and then place them into an airtight container.
The container should then be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as exposure to heat and light can cause the fudge to soften or melt.
It is also important to avoid exposing the fudge to moisture, which can lead to bacterial growth and spoilage.
The fudge can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer for longer-term storage.
Before serving, the fudge should be brought back to room temperature to ensure optimal taste and texture.
Following these guidelines, fudge can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks and up to six months in the freezer.

Sounds good but what size container should I put this in to harden? A regular cake pan? I don’t want it to be too thick or thin.
I think an 8X8 container would be a good size!
