When substituting chicken breasts for pork in a recipe, it is important to cook the chicken until it is fully cooked through.
Pork can be served slightly pink, but chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure safety.
Use a meat thermometer and verify that the internal temperature of the chicken breast is at least 165 degrees.

- Lay seasoned rounds on baking sheet (line baking sheet with parchment paper to make clean up easy).
- Spread mayo mixture evenly atop each piece.
