One of best parts, though is that these little corn dog bites are NOT frozen and just warmed up. They’re a tasty treat that’s 100% homemade.

Mini Corn Dogs Recipe
Making your own homemade mini corn dogs is so easy, you’re going to be amazed. If you start with a mix that cuts out a whole bunch of steps like measuring out your sugar and baking powder, etc.
Then, with your dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in a bowl, whisk them together, heat the oil (about 4 inches of oil in the bottom of a pan) and pour the batter into a cup. Dip the corn dogs in the batter then place them in the hot oil until they’re golden brown.
Pop them onto paper towels and let them cool before chowing down!
What’s the Best Way to Make Your Own Mini Corn Dogs? Baked or Fried?
Look, I love a good baked recipe – there are a TON of foods you can make in the oven and maybe they taste better even than if they’d been fried. But, not mini corn dog bites.
Seriously, there is just something so much yummier about fried cornmeal batter wrapped snugly around a hot dog than a baked breaded mess. So, if it’s my vote, it’s all about frying in this situation.
