The great part about this recipe is that there isn’t anything hard about it. You take your milk chocolate, melt it under the double boiler, dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate, roll it in crushed graham crackers and then sit it on wax paper or parchment paper to dry. Easy, right?

My boys like to hop in and help with this simple recipe as well because it’s really quite fun to make. I know that they’ll probably eat a few while they’re helping but that’s a risk that I’m willing to take!

What are some varieties of this smore recipe?

You can always change up the type of chocolate that you’re dipping the marshmallow in and try dark chocolate or even white chocolate, too. That’s a simple way to change the flavor but still have the fun smores taste.

How do you store these simple smore pops?

If you make one too many and need to store some for later, just put them in an airtight container and put them in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh until you’re able to eat them.

  • Graham Crackers crushed or buy graham cracker crumbs
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate Bar for melting, or chocolate chips


  1. Place marshmallows on a candy stick.
  2. Dip in melted chocolate (I just melt chocolate chips in a double broiler or in a microwave).
  3. Dip into the graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Place on parchment paper to dry.
