Instructions
Heat about 4-inches of oil to about 350-degrees (approximately - just no less than 300 or you won't get a crispy exterior).
Cut each of your hot dogs into thirds, then push in sticks through one end of each 1/3 hot dog piece.
Whisk together the dry and wet ingredients until smooth, then place in tall glass.
Dip one skewered hot dog at a time into the batter, swirling it until the hot dog is completely coated plus about 1/4-inch up the stick.
Place one coated dog in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes, turning it halfway through.
Remove the corn dog from the hot oil and place on cooling rack over paper towels to maintain the crunchy exterior and enjoy!
