Cheesecake sinking in the middle is a common issue for many home cooks. The primary cause is often overbaking or excessive oven temperature, causing the outside of the cheesecake to firm up too quickly, leading to its collapse.

Egg Nog Mini Cheesecakes Recipe
Mini cheesecakes are the perfect way to let everyone have their dessert! Use this easy cheesecake recipe to share the tasty joy this holiday season with all your family and friends.
Ingredients
- 10 cacao biscuits
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1/3 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream
- m&ms
- Melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the cookies and melted butter to the food processor, and then place the crumbs in the bottom of each liner.
- Whisk the cream cheese and sugar together until creamy. You can also use a mixer. Add the eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, egg, and cinnamon to the mixture. Whisk.
- Divide the batter evenly in the liners, filling 3/4 of the way full.
- Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Put in the fridge to chill for 2-3 hours.
- Whip the cream and 20 g of powder sugar.
- Add to the top of the cheesecake and add the M&M's.
