Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip Recipe
I also love that this easy dip doesn’t really require much effort. Combining a few ingredients, stirring and making it smooth, and letting it get cold in the fridge is really all that it takes!
The boys in the house love it when I make appetizers and dips because that means that they get to eat before the meal is ready. This dip recipe gives them a chance to fill their tummies with good bites of food while they’re waiting for dinner to be served.
Do you have to roast the peppers?
If you’re feeling up to it, go for it! Oven roasting bell peppers is great if you have time to do it. You can also just buy a jar or roasted peppers and call it a day as well.

Super Simple Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Feta Cheese
- 4 ounces of softened Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 2 Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 T of Lemon Juice
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tspOregano
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt, optional
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, feta, yogurt, and red peppers to your food processor. Pulse until creamy and smooth.
- Add in garlic, lemon juice, and seasoning. Puree until the garlic is small.
- Taste and add in other ingredients again as needed.
- Put in the fridge for 1 hour before eating.
