Famous Delaware Foods come from English, German, and Dutch influences.

They include blue crabs, saltwater taffy, scrapple, fries with vinegar, and goulash.

Scrapple is a New England comfort food. It was first created to use all the castoff parts of an animal efficiently. You can use organs or not, it’s up to you. It’s made by boiling the pork in aromatics, creating a thick texture with buckwheat flour and cornmeal, pouring it into a loaf pan, and refrigerating for a few hours.

Farm-Fresh Ice Cream

Indulge in farm-fresh ice cream crafted from raw cow’s milk, which tastes absolutely delightful on those scorching summer days.

Not only does it offer a creamy texture, but it also provides a refreshing treat that everyone craves when the temperature rises.
