What is the healthiest way to pop popcorn?
The healthiest way to pop popcorn is by air-popping. This method involves heating the kernels with hot air, avoiding using oils or fats.
Air-popped popcorn is lower in calories and fat than popcorn popped with oil. Additionally, air-popped popcorn has a lower risk of harmful chemicals being released from the container used to cook the popcorn, as is often seen with microwave popcorn bags.

How do I store leftover popcorn?
It’s recommended to store popcorn in an airtight container, such as a plastic or glass container, to prevent moisture from getting in.
It’s also best to store popcorn at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Another efficient method to store popcorn is using vacuum-sealed bags that remove all the air, thus keeping the popcorn fresh for a longer time.
With proper storage, leftover popcorn can be enjoyed as a snack to satisfy those mid-day hunger pangs or to add some crunch to your evening salad.
