Why is my fudge not firming up?

If you’ve made fudge before, you know how frustrating it can be when it doesn’t firm up properly. There are several reasons why your fudge may not be set properly. Perhaps you didn’t cook it long enough, or maybe the temperature of your ingredients wasn’t quite right.

Another possibility is that you didn’t mix it enough, which can affect the consistency. It’s also important to note that environmental factors, like humidity, can affect the way your fudge sets up.

Luckily, there are ways to fix these issues and ensure that your fudge always comes out perfectly. Follow the recipe exactly, and you should be able to fix any issues!

How do I store fudge?

Fudge is one of those sweets that feels indulgent and luxurious, making it a popular choice for gifts and special occasions. But a common question people ask is how to store fudge to keep it fresh and tasty.

The good news is that fudge can be stored relatively easily. The key is to keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Storing the fudge in the fridge is a great way to keep it fresh.

An airtight container is also essential to prevent the fudge from drying out or getting stale.

This will help ensure your fudge stays delicious and creamy for as long as possible.
