When people hear the word “charcuterie”, they automatically think of boards loaded with yummy ingredients. This is similar but without the need for a board!

These are fun ideas for all ages and can even help make them. The more they learn how to make food choices and decide what they want to eat, the easier it will be for them to want to be in the kitchen.

Use this simple snack idea as a fun option for the kids. Not only is it unique in how it looks, but it also has so many fun layers of flavor!

What is the easiest way to cube cheese?

Cubing cheese might seem straightforward, but a few tips can make the process even easier. First, start with a firm and cold block of cheese; this ensures cleaner cuts and reduces the risk of the cheese crumbling.

Use a sharp knife or a cheese slicer to cut the block into about half-an-inch thick slices. Next, lay the slices flat and cut them into strips of the same width. Finally, rotate the strips and cut them again to form perfect, uniform cubes.

This method saves time and results in evenly sized pieces perfect for salads, platters, or snacking.
