As a Mom of boys, I am not above feeding my kids to keep them occupied.  When school has ended or in a long car ride, you simply have to keep their mouths busy and their hands busy or they get a bit rough with each other. This is one of my favorite Easy Pumpkin Recipes to make!

Pumpkin Spice Chex Mix Snack Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

This is such a simple and tasty snack recipe that just tastes like Fall!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
  • 8 oz pecans

Instructions

    In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice and stir to combine.


    Add all of the cereal and the pecans and mix until the cereal is completely coated with the butter, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice mixture.


    Lay a piece of wax paper on a baking sheet and spread out the Pumpkin Spice Chex Mix and let cool before serving!
