Easy Grinch Popcorn Recipe
In a short amount of time, you’re going to have a seriously good treat. The melted chocolate and red heart sprinkles are what takes this treat over the top. Once those kernels pop, you’re well on your way to making these easy treats a reality.
This is one recipe that we all love. It’s so easy to pop popcorn, add the rest of the ingredients, sprinkle in a few drops of food coloring, and chow down!

The great thing about this simple popcorn recipe is that it’s coated with sweetness and sugar. It’ll stay fresh for longer just because of that reason. BUT you still need to be certain that you’re storing it in an airtight container to enjoy it later on.

- 1 cup of popcorn kernels, popped
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 ¼ cups of sugar
- 1 cup of corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- Green food coloring
- Heart sprinkles or other types of sprinkles for decorating
Start by preheating our oven to 250 degrees. Spread the popped popcorn over 2 baking sheets.
Put a saucepan on add butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Cook until the butter is melted over medium heat.
Let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Take off the heat and stir in condensed milk, vanilla, and food coloring. Stir to combine.
Pour the butter over the top and stir to coat. Put both baking sheets in the oven and cook for about an hour. You're going to want to stir every 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and. let cool. Add sprinkles.
