Unicorn Fudge
The taste and flavor of this Unicorn Fudge is what sets this simple fudge recipe apart from other fudge recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 package of white chocolate chips
- 1 container of marshmallow fluff (7 ounces)
- 3 cups of white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of half and half
- Pink, purple, and yellow food coloring (or other colors of your choice)
- Unicorn sprinkles
- Sugar unicorn horns
Instructions
- Add the butter, sugar, half and half, chips to the bowl.
- Mix until creamy.
- Put the mixture in a pot and cook on medium heat stirring the whole time.
- Cook until it boils. Once it boils, cook for another 4 minutes. Make certain that you're still stirring the whole time.
- Remove from heat and add the chips and fluff, and stir.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add to measuring cups and split into 3 equal portions.
- Spray the pan with cooking spray and cover the pan with parchment paper. Once done, add 3 drops of pink food coloring to one measuring cup and do the same to the others with the purple and the yellow. Mix.
- Put the first color to the pan evenly. Put the next color on top and spread. Do the same with the final color.
- Put sprinkles on top and press down carefully. Once down, cover the pan with foil and put it in the fridge until firm.
- Once firm, cut into pieces and enjoy.
