Ingredients

  • 1 package of white chocolate chips
  • 1 container of marshmallow fluff (7 ounces)
  • 3 cups of white granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup of butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup of half and half
  • Pink, purple, and yellow food coloring (or other colors of your choice)
  • Unicorn sprinkles
  • Sugar unicorn horns

Instructions

  1. Add the butter, sugar, half and half, chips to the bowl.

Mix until creamy.

Put the mixture in a pot and cook on medium heat stirring the whole time.

Cook until it boils. Once it boils, cook for another 4 minutes. Make certain that you're still stirring the whole time.

Remove from heat and add the chips and fluff, and stir.

Stir until smooth.

Add to measuring cups and split into 3 equal portions.

Spray the pan with cooking spray and cover the pan with parchment paper. Once done, add 3 drops of pink food coloring to one measuring cup and do the same to the others with the purple and the yellow. Mix.

Put the first color to the pan evenly. Put the next color on top and spread. Do the same with the final color.

Put sprinkles on top and press down carefully. Once down, cover the pan with foil and put it in the fridge until firm.

Once firm, cut into pieces and enjoy.
