But, back to this zucchini recipe. I always have a small (to me) garden during the summer months and I always overplant my zucchini. I give it away to friends and family and still have tons of leftovers! We love eating fresh vegetables every night so this grilled zucchini is a tasty recipe to use it up.
Tips for making George Foreman Grilled Zucchini
Slice your fresh zucchini less than 1/2″ thick. You don’t want it too thick because it will take longer to cook or to thin because it will burn and no one likes burnt veggies!
Preheat your George Foreman Grill prior to cooking. You want all the fresh zucchini slices to cook evenly.
Season the zucchini slices with all the ingredients. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder go a long way and I promise you will love the taste of this easy recipe.
