Ingredients

Cookies:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • ⅓ Cup(s) of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Glaze:

  • 1 Cup(s) of confectioners sugar
  • 4-6 T of milk

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Grab a bowl and mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs.
  • Use a cookie scoop to measure out the batter and place it on the baking sheet.
  • Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the surface starts to crack.
  • Take out of the oven to let cool on a cooling rack.

Directions for the Glaze:

  • To make the glaze, combine the sugar and the milk.
  • Drizzle on with a fork once the cookies are cooled.
