Grinch Lollipops Recipe
So simple and fast, you can make these easy homemade Grinch suckers in just a few minutes. The hardest part is letting them cool completely before sticking them in your mouth. Seriously.
How to Make Lollipops at Home
Look, I get it. Most lollipop recipes are all about food coloring, sugar, corn syrup, a freaking lollipop mold and then you have to buy lollipop sticks and stir the sugar over high heat, using a candy thermometer and then…crack stage and it’s TOO MUCH.
And homemade lollipops do not have to be that hard.
Sure, you can go that direction, coating your baking sheets in cooking spray, melting candy melts and making Grinch OREO pops with parchment paper and a pastry brush. I mean, this is just overhwelming.
I don’t want to melt chocolate. I don’t want to mess around.
I want FAST.
So I took a shortcut. I made these Grinch Who Stole Christmas treats from Jolly Rancher’s hard candy. Sneaky me, but so much better than the other method.
