This dill chip dip is perfect for pickle lovers!

This easy dill dip is made using fresh dill and is so simple to make. The boys love dipping and eating but I do have a firm no double-dipping rule in the house!

Dill Pickle Dip Recipe

Since this simple dip recipe takes just five easy ingredients, you know that it’s going to be easy to do. I love dipping potato chips in it but it would be really good with cucumbers and carrot sticks as well.

My boys love when I make this dip because it’s a simple way to get that dill pickle flavoring without having to drink the pickle juice straight from the jar! (and I’m thankful as well because that gets messy quickly!)

Does this dip recipe use cream cheese?

It actually doesn’t. I know that a lot do but this one uses sour cream instead. I really like the creaminess that it adds as it means I don’t have to worry about any lumps of cream cheese hiding in the mixture.

What dried herbs are found in this dill dip recipe?

If you can’t find fresh dill, you’re going to want to add about 2 tablespoons of dried dill to this dish. You can also add in others if you’d like but to get that awesome dill flavoring, you really don’t need to add anything else.
