We love to make this covered in a cup of pecans and loaded up with crushed pineapple. My boys think it’s a sweet recipe that I really enjoy, too. This is a big hit during the summer months in our house!

I keep mind in a large bowl in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap. This will keep it as fresh as possible for as long as possible and make it a yummy leftover for a few days.

Sweet Pineapple Cheeseball Recipe
This is such a simple cheeseball dip recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounces) packages of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onion of only the green part
- ½ cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Beat together all the ingredients minus the pecans in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Put on a serving plate. Put the pecans on the outside, pressing them in.
Put in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
Serve with veggies or crackers.
