I like to add in a bit of dark chocolate as well because I’m in love with how it tastes!

My boys love all my sweet popcorn recipes but they do think that this is one of their favorites! I’ve caught them adding on more sprinkles when I wasn’t looking as well but that’s just all part of the fun!

The candy coating does a great job of getting this recipe fresh but you do need to make certain that you store this in an airtight container to keep it as fresh as possible.

How do you keep popcorn from going stale?
Storing the popcorn in an airtight container is a great way to keep it fresh. I also use a sealable bag as well when I want to send some with the kids to school. This way I can divvy it up evenly between everyone.
- 5 cups of cooked popcorn
- 1/2 cup of chocolate almond bark or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of vanilla almond bark or white candy melts
- 1/2 cup of strawberry candy melts
- 2 T of sprinkles
- 2 T of mini marshmallows
Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Pour the cooked popcorn out on an even layer.
Melt the chocolate and candy melts according to directions.
Drizzle on top of the popcorn and add the sprinkles and marshmallows on top.
Let dry for 1 hour and enjoy!
