What is the best way to cut baked brownies?
When savoring the perfect brownie, cutting it correctly is just as crucial as baking it to perfection. For home cooks eager to master this art, the best way to cut baked brownies is to ensure they are completely cooled. This prevents the gooey center from sticking to your knife and creating a mess.
Use a sharp, serrated knife for clean edges. To minimize sticking, dip the knife in hot water and dry it off between cuts. Measure and score the top of the brownies before making any cuts for even portions.
This little extra effort can turn a simple dessert into a perfectly presented treat that’s as delightful to look at as it is to eat.

Can I freeze baked brownies?
Absolutely, you can freeze baked brownies to enjoy at a later date without compromising their deliciously rich and fudgy texture! Freezing brownies is a simple way to preserve their freshness and flavor, making it convenient to satisfy your sweet cravings whenever they arise.
To do this, first allow your brownies to cool completely after baking. Then, cut them into individual portions or leave them whole, depending on your preference. Wrap the brownies tightly in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn, and place them in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
Properly stored, they can last up to three months in the freezer. When you’re ready to indulge, thaw the brownies at room temperature for a couple of hours, or gently warm them in the microwave for a gooey, fresh-from-the-oven taste.
