Icing Ingredients:

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Add the melted butter and cocoa powder to a large mixing bow. Beat until smooth with a mixer.
Add the flour and sugar. Mix.
Add the eggs, vanilla, and caramel sauce. Mix. (you'll have a thick batter)
Drizzle with caramel sauce on top.
Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
To make the icing, combine all the ingredients and beat until they are smooth.
Pour the icing on top of the baked brownies while they are warm from the oven.
Dust with powered sugar.
