Since it’s such a fresh recipe, you’re going to want to eat it within a couple of days. Storing in the fridge is the best way to keep it as fresh as possible. Just keep in mind that the avocado will turn brown but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. It just means that the oxygen has gotten to it and changed the overall appearance.
