- 4 cups seedless watermelon, diced into very small cubes
- 1 cup cucumber, diced into very small cubes
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 2 small jalapeno peppers, minced
- ¼ cup chopped mint leaves
- ¾ cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 lime- zested and juiced
