This Heavenly Mint OREO Dessert is so decadent and fun to make–it’s a no-bake pie that you just have to taste to understand my obsession.

But back to this amazingly awesome mint OREO icebox cake. It’s all sorts of easy no-bake and is just this pretty layered whipped cream and pudding masterpiece.

I can’t wait to make it again next week when the kids won’t be able to eat it all before I can get me a piece. LOL!

How to Make Heavenly Mint OREO Dessert:

Whisk together instant chocolate pudding and milk in a large bowl until set.

In a second bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.

Fold in one tub of whipped topping and food coloring, then stir. Set asidePlace mint OREO cookies into a large zipper bag then crush with a rolling pin. Alternatively you can crush the cookies in a food processor.

Add half of the crushed OREOs in the bottom of a 9×11 baking dish.

Pour melted butter evenly over the crushed cookies and stir to combine. Press the crushed cookies into the bottom of the pan in a single layer of OREOS to make an OREO crust.

Cover the crushed cookie crust with the cream cheese mixture and spread to cover the cookies evenly and completely.

Top the cream cheese mixture by spreading the chocolate pudding evenly over it.

In a second medium bowl, combine green food coloring and the second container of whipped topping.

Spread the green whipped topping evenly over the pudding.Sprinkle with the remaining crushed Oreos.

Place your no-bake mint OREO dessert the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of two hours before enjoying.

If you want, you can drizzle your mint OREO icebox cake with some chocolate syrup, drop some chocolate chips or sprinkle with powdered sugar. The possibilies are endless!

Ingredients

  • 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 ¼ cup milk
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 8-ounce containers whipped topping
  • 1 package mint Oreos
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • Green food coloring
