Can a charcuterie board be a meal?

While traditionally meant as an appetizer or snack, proponents argue that a charcuterie board can provide all the necessary components of a satisfying and nutritious meal with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and bread.

However, it’s important to note that portion size and balance are crucial factors when creating a charcuterie board as a meal.

With strategic planning, a charcuterie board can be a complete and enjoyable meal.
