When I think of Fall, I think of squash, pumpkins, cranberries, and Turkey because I immediately get Thanksgiving Ideas rattling around in my brain.  But, I wanted to know: what fruit and vegetables are actually in their prime in the crisp fall season?  So, the following post will give you a list of several fruits and vegeatables that are perfect for the fall as well as easy fall recipe ideas for those items!  Nice, right?

    Can’t wait to see the mushroom & brussels sprouts sections! (Yes, I know I’m weird for loving brussels sprouts when most people just try to tolerate them but they are so versatile and delicious!)

    Kelli……I really enjoyed your post. Very handy to have a list of whats in season AND some recipes to go along with it. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen it done that way before. Great idea. Thanks. 🙂
