May is a busy month!  Not only is it graduation and the end of school, but it is also the final stretch of Spring!  So, with that in mind, I wanted to pull together a few yummy asparagus month recipes to help us celebrate!

Asparagus Recipes:

Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts are one of my favorite ways to get healthy vegetables into my kids without them quite realizing it. LOL!

With just a few ingredients, you can make this Wild Garlic and Asparagus Risotto, a complete meal!

They are great for breakfast, too!  Don’t believe me?  Try this Asparagus, Potato, and Egg Bake out today!

This Asparagus Soup might have been intended to help you celebrate St Patrick’s Day, but it can be enjoyed any time of the year!
