If you need a quick dessert or just a fun snack, this Andes Mint Dip Recipe is insanely easy and definitely fun. You have to try it.

It’s like a light and fluffy dip that you can just pop into your mouth and let it melt. So good. So very good. Be certain to check out the rest of my popular dip recipes!

But back to this amazingly tasty mint chocolate chip cheesecake dip and it’s awesome whipped cream-like texture. So light and fluffy, this is like a little cloud of tasty on your lips.

I like to dip some chocolate graham crackers into this mint dip, but you could use animal crackers, mint cookies, strawberries or anything. ANYTHING.

It makes a great holiday party treat, whether it’s for a Christmas party or a St. Patrick’s Day party, you just get your mint going and everyone will want a taste.

So, grab your peppermint extract, leave the stand mixer in the corner, and let’s get mixing!

How to Make Andes Mint Dip

This is one of the easiest dessert recipes you’ll ever make. It comes together so fast, you can have it done and ready to go in just a couple of minutes–so it’s perfect for a last minute addition to your party table!

Here’s all you have to do: Mix together the cream cheese and mint extract then add the powdered sugar.

Drop a little green food coloring in then fold-in the whipped topping. Add your chocolate chips and chopped mints and you’re done.

Yeah, it’s that simple. And I love it.

Like a mouthful of creme de menthe without the whole liqueur thing. And you can even pop it in the freezer and turn it into a light and fluffy ice cream. I seriously love it.

If you want to add a little more zing, you can always add a little lemon juice or zest, some yogurt, mint it up a little more or even add nuts. But I just love it the way it is.

Andes Mint Dip

This creamy whipped dip is perfect on cookies and fruits. With its chocolate mint flavors, it pairs nicely with other minty flavors of Christmas!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8-ounce container whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped Andes mints, plus more for topping
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and mint extract.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and beat on low to combine.
  3. Tint the mixture with green food coloring, then fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Add the mini chocolate chips and chopped mints and stir to combine.
