Can you use parchment paper in the oven?
You can and there are times that I do. It’s an easy way to line a baking pan or baking sheet so that it’s way less messy to clean up. All you have to worry about is literally just tossing it in the trash! Just line your pan with parchment paper and relax!

Why are my brownies hard?
If you’re brownies are tough and hard, you might have just cooked them too long in the oven. Pay attention to the cooking time to be certain.
Also, as brownies cool, they’re going to firm up. If you want to soften them easily, you can pop them in the microwave for a short amount of time.
