Boneless BBQ (Barbecue) Pork Ribs:

Boneless pork ribs are just perfect for a barbecue. I often serve mine from the slow cooker, especially on a hot day, but it’s just as easy to pop them in the oven. Plus, it takes less time! I usually have to cook ribs for six hours or so in the crockpot. This oven ribs recipe only takes three to four hours!

While these BBQ pork ribs are a great fit for a summer dinner, they can really be made any time of year! Stick them in the oven and serve them with scalloped potatoes for a comforting fall dish. Or serve them in a pretty serving dish and have some guests over to enjoy them during winter!
