Menu Plan Monday: Down Home Cooking

Sharing is caring!

Have you ever gone on vacation for a long time and eaten out pretty much every meal?  That is how I feel we have done the past 2 weeks.  We have fabulous friends that have helped us through this difficult time, but I am ready to get back to really cooking.  Not just repurposing leftovers, but actually cooking.  Comfort food is what I call it. Smile  The stuff I make best and that my family requests regularly.

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

Monday:  Fried pork chops, mashed potatoes & gravy, steamed veggies

Tuesday: Kelli’s Spaghetti

WednesdayBeef Stroganoff

Thursday: Captain Crunch Chicken and Potato Salad

Friday: Leftovers

Don’t forget to visit Org Junkie for Hundreds more menu plans and before heading to the grocery store… Print coupons for your favorite brands and save at Coupons.com.

I've never heard of Captain Crunch Chicken - sounds yummy. I love the sound of your blog - down home and kid-friendly. Two things I love to in my cooking. I have to check out your site!
