Ingredients
- 4-6 Cupcakes
- 10 Ounces White Buttercream
- Orange Food Gel Color
- 8 Ounces Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 8 Ounces of Sliced Ham
- 1 Bag of Frozen Pizza Rolls
- 1 Bag of Frozen to Pre Cooked French Fries
- 1 Bag of Pretzel Bows
- 1 Bag of Popcorn
- 1 Package of Cheese Balls
- 1 Package of Crackers
- 6 Ounces of Orange Melting Chocolate
- 3 Ounces of Black Melting Chocolate
- Ketchup for dipping (this can be optional - also any dipping sauce works)
Instructions
- Add the orange food gel to make the frosting orange. Add the orange frosting to a piping bag.
- Pipe a bit on top of all the cupcakes.
- Put a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray and turn the frosting cupcakes upside down on it. Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Cook the fries and pizza rolls according to the directions on the bags. Keep them warm once done cooking.
- Melt the orange melting chocolates according to the package directions.
- Dip the pretzels into the orange melted chocolate and lay them on parchment paper to harden.
- Repeat for the melting of the black melting chocolate. Once melted, add it to a piping bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag.
- Zig-zag the melted chocolate on top of the orange-dipped pretzels.
- Get the cupcakes from the fridge and turn them right side up. Pipe the curved lines on top of the orange buttercream using the black piping bag. This will mimic the look of a basketball.
- Use the round cookie cutter to cut circles out of the ham and cheese.
- Use a black edible marker to draw lines on the tangerines.
- To make the board, put the basketball cupcakes in the upper middle. Then, add the pizza rolls and french fries to the basketball hoop cups. Put them on each side of the cupcakes.
- Layer the crackers in a curved line on one side of the board. Start from the hoop cups to the right above the bottom of the board.
- Lay the cheese slices in front of the crackers, and lay the ham slices in front of the cheese.
- One the other side of the board, add grapes by the hoop cups and then put the tangerines under that.
- Put the potato chips in between the grapes and ham.
- Add the cheese balls below the chips, add the popcorn below the cheese balls, and put the pretzels around the bottom.
