This Turkey Bacon Kabobs Bento Lunch is a great lunch or snack idea for the kids! They’re going to love eating off the wooden skewers and also the star shaped bread! This simple bento lunch recipe is perfect for summer or a cute treat for the school year, too. Be sure to check out the rest of my Bento Lunch Ideas for kids as well!

The days of eating “just” a grilled cheese sandwich are long gone! This recipe shows how to change them up so that they’re a hit! These Turkey Kabobs are going to be the hit at the lunch table!

When you can create a fun lunch for the kids, why not? I love making cute little treats and recipes that they’ll take note of. Using a star cookie cutter is a perfect idea and is so simple and easy to do.

This is also a great lunch idea that you can actually make with the kids as well! Give them a job to do and let them do it! They can be in charge of cutting out the star shapes and working on their food prep skills!

Can I use turkey breast instead of deli meat?

I like to use a slice of turkey because it’s flat and thin and pairs well with the rest of the ingredients on the kabob, but you do what works best for you. If you have leftover turkey that you need to use up, give it a try!

Important Tips for this Bento Box Idea:

Make sure that you make the grilled cheese sandwich firstb before adding any of the other ingredients. If your kid isn’t a fan of grilled cheese, you can either leave off the cheese and proceed or just make a cold turkey and cheese sandwich without grilling it. Options are all good!
