How do I know when the bread is done baking?

Knowing when a dessert bread is finished baking can be tricky, but there are a few methods that you can use to figure it out.

The most reliable way is to use a toothpick–insert it into the center of the loaf, and if it comes out clean, it’s done.

You should also check the internal temperature with a thermometer; once it’s around 190°F, your bread is fully cooked.

Additionally, look for golden-brown edges, which usually signify that your bread is done.

With these methods in mind, you’ll never have to worry about whether your bread is ready!

How do I freeze baked bread?

Freezing baked bread can be a great way to preserve its freshness.

To freeze baked bread, it is important to cool the loaf completely before wrapping it in foil and placing it into a freezer bag.

If you plan on only freezing part of the loaf for later use, you can use plastic wrap instead of foil.

For best results, try to slice the entire loaf before freezing so that it will thaw quickly once you’re ready to enjoy it.

Also, ensure that the frozen bread is not exposed to air by pressing down on the freezer bag or wrapper before sealing.

This helps prevent freezer burn, which can make your bread stale and unappetizing.
