This cocktail weenie recipe has been around for ages – but I tend to like to put a spin on the classic recipe and make this version instead!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package – 12 ounces cocktail wiener
  • 1 jar 12 ounces jalapeno jelly
  • 14 brown sugar
  • 14 Cup(s) chili sauce
  • 12 Cup(s) chicken or veggie broth
  • 1 diced jalapeno

Instructions
 

  • Pour 12 cups of broth into the Instant Pot.
  • Put the cocktail wieners into the Instant Pot.
  • Add the brown sugar, jalapeno jelly, diced jalapenos, and chili sauce. Coat all the wieners.
  • Close the lid and the steam valve and set to pressure, low for 1 minute.
  • Quick release and serve.
