    Ingredients

    • Boxed Chocolate Cake Mix Plus Ingredients listed on the Box
    • 1/2 cup of softened Butter
    • 2 cups Powdered Icing Sugar, or more to taste
    • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    • 1/4 cup White Sugar
    • 2 Tablespoons Milk
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
    • 18 Mini Cookies (these can be optional)

    Instructions

    1. Make the cupcake batter according to the directions on the box.
    2. Place the flour on a cookie sheet and bake it for 5 minutes, then let it cool completely.
    3. To make the frosting, beat the butter and sugars together for 2 minutes until combined.
    4. Add the vanilla and milk and beat until fluffy and light.
