It’s so easy, you can whip-up a second batch during halftime.
Tips to Make this Easy Pizza Dip Recipe
Making this pepperoni pizza dip is definitely easy. But there are a few things you’re going to want to keep in mind, to make sure you get that pizza-like crust on top and gooey-delicious center.
Ok. So, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Don’t put the dip into the oven before it’s fully preheated. If you do, it’s going to do this thing where it browns the top but the cheese isn’t melted in the middle. Preheat all the way.
There’s no tomato sauce in this recipe, because it’s not like you’re creating a pizza here, just a dip. So, no need to spread pizza sauce on a crust. Unless you want to. But that’s up to you.
I prefer cream cheese to sour cream. But if you would prefer a less-thick dip, go with 1/2 sour cream.
