Use this recipe to make your own seasoning salt in a short amount of time!

My oldest boy LOVES seasoning salt- seriously eats it on everything. Making my own is much cheaper than buying him a new bottle every week!

Just a few simple ingredients are what this simple homemade seasoned salt recipe is all about. This pairs great with veggies and even grilled recipes, too.

Copycat Lawry’s Season Salt

I love that this easy herb recipe just takes seven simple ingredients to make. I also love that there is no cooking or baking required! It’s just mixing the ingredients together and then storing it until you’re ready to use.

The boys love when I make my own salt blend and herbs and spices at home because that means that I don’t have to ask them to run to the store and buy it. Since I have all the ingredients on hand to make this, it literally takes me just a few moments of time.

How do you store this spice blend?

You’ll want to store it in a cool dry place. Don’t have it in the sunlight and always store it in a glass jar with a lid. You could also store it in a leftover spice grinder as well.

Be sure that you use an airtight container when adding it to your spice cabinet so that the seasoning mixture doesn’t lose that robust flavor. An airtight jar or mason jars with a lid can be used to hold basic spices in the spice cupboard.
