Cheese and BBQ – what’s not to love? The boys were certainly happy with me choosing to try this recipe and have already asked me to add it to our “regular recipes” list! LOL! Add this to your list of simple chicken recipes!

Triscuit crackers are made with 100 percent whole grain, are low in saturated fat and a good source of dietary fiber. Cheesy BBQ Chicken Triscuit
These Cheesy BBQ Chicken Triscuit are a great Game Day Recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cooked small boneless skinless chicken breast half 1/4 lb., cut into 16 thin slices
- ¼ cup Barbecue Sauce
- 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 1 green onion sliced
Instructions
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
CUT cheese into 8 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half. Combine chicken and sauce.
PLACE crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken and cheese.
BAKE 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with onions.
