I absolutely adore how this Owl Themed Baby Shower Centerpiece turned out. Not only is it fun and woodsy, but it’s super easy to make and takes almost no time. For real, I kind of want to leave it out year-round in my house, like some kind of farmhouse decor. But, I won’t. I promise.

Necessary Tools:
Making a fun centerpiece really can be super simple. I only needed a couple of tools to make this project one of my very favorites.
- Cricut Explore Air 2 or Cricut Maker
- Desktop Printer
Necessary Materials to Make DIY Owl Centerpiece Decor:
Now, the list of materials looks a bit long, but really, it’s just a handful of little stuff you can find around. To make these easy DIY owl centerpieces, I only needed three things:
- Quality Card Stock Paper
- Free Printable for the Owls (below)
- Wood Round (4-6 inch)
- Mason Jar
- Faux Moss Sheet
- Moss Bits (you can get them from outside or you can buy some–I bought)
- Sticks (like from outside)
- Grey Floral Stems
- Pinecones (I grabbed some from outside…so fun)
- Hot Glue Gun & Glue
Oh, and my Cricut and the light grip mat. I needed that, too.

Owl Themed Baby Shower Centerpiece
If you have an owl themed baby shower planned, this owl themed baby shower centerpiece is going to be the epically fun center of your tables. Seriously cool.
Materials
- Quality Card Stock Paper
- Free Printable for the Owls
- Wood Round (4-6 inch)
- Mason Jar
- Faux Moss Sheet
- Moss Bits
- Sticks
- Grey Floral Stems
- Pinecones
Tools
- Cricut
- Light Grip Mat
- Hot Glue Gun & Glue
Instructions
- Working with one sheet at a time, download the PNG Files, then upload each to Cricut Design Space.
- Select "complex" image type. On the next screen, select "continue" and the following screen, select "save as a print and cut project".
- Insert the image onto the next screen, then select "make it".
- Load the white card stock into your printer and print the project.
- Place the printed card stock paper onto your light grip mat as shown on the screen in Cricut Design Space.
- Select medium-thickness card stock as the material.
- Load the light grip mat into your Cricut cutting machine and tell it to cut.
- When the cut is complete, weed the design and repeat with the remaining number of centerpiece owls you plan to make.
- Cut the faux moss sheet to fit inside the mason jar and stuff it inside with the moss showing.
- Hot glue the sticks and grey floral stems into the mason jar and then stuff the moss around the opening so the jar looks full of moss.
- Affix the owls to the sticks.
- Hot glue the mason jar to the wood round.
- Hot glue the moss and pine cones around the edge of the mason jar on top of the wood round and enjoy!
