How do I keep muffins from becoming dry and stale?
One of the best ways to ensure that your muffins stay fresh and moist is to store them correctly. Keep them in an air-tight container that doesn’t put too much pressure on the muffin, such as a paper bag or container designed for pastries.
It’s also essential to keep humidity at a minimum by refrigerating any leftovers, which will help keep them from becoming dry and stale.
When you’re ready to enjoy your muffins, let them sit out for a few minutes at room temperature before eating to regain some of their natural moisture.
With these tips, you can be sure of delicious muffins every time!

Do I have to use muffin liners for baking muffins?
When it comes to baking muffins, there are many debates about whether you need muffin liners. Although most people think of them as essential for a successful bake, the truth is that there are plenty of ways to make muffins without using them.
For a classic feel, try greasing your tin with butter and flour directly before pouring in the batter – this will give you thick, golden-domed tops just like traditional bakery muffins!
Alternatively, if you don’t want any extra fat in your muffins but still want to avoid sticking (and save yourself some clean-up time!), try baking paper cups instead.
This way you can customize your muffin presentation’s look and color – perfect for a special occasion!
So while there’s no definitive answer to the question “Do I have to use muffin liners?” it’s clear that muffin-baking certainly doesn’t have to be limited by them.
